1lb Bee Downtown Honey

This delicious honey is quite possibly one of our favorite honeys from the 2021 year. On the nose we pick up earthy notes with hints of fresh rain, wheat, and a delightfully bright green tea smell. As we move into the flavor, the smell of tea carries through into the taste of this honey paired with juicy fruit flavors and hints of berry. The middle flavor of this thin, wet honey is the strongest of the flavors and then it beautifully tapers off into a delicate, light finish that leaves the mouth feeling clean and refreshed. This honey is incredibly smooth in the mouthfeel and its sunflower colored White Honey is somewhere around 30 mm on the Pfund scale.
